BISH diary print your own

BISH Diary

A diary with BISH advice and guidance about you and relationships for you (or someone else) to print out for you. 13 pages of niceness.

For the last couple of years I’ve been making a calendar for people to download and print out. This year I’ve decided to do a diary type thing. It’s hopefully an ‘easy print’ document (doesn’t have a huge amount of colour) and has plenty of space for you to jot your ideas and events down. As you can see each month has a bit of BISH guidance with snippets from some of my favourite articles about relationships and you. (There’s nothing about sex in the diary, so it’s chill).

What’s in the diary?

January is about how to make good new year resolutions. February is about making new friends. March is about how we can feel good about our gender at a molecular level. April has advice about Urge Surfing from my article about having a better relationship with your phones. May is about how we can learn to do Self Consent. June is about how we learn to trust people. July is about how consent is the key to joy. August is how to deal with stress. September is about how relationships emerge and aren’t something we just ‘get’, from my article on how to get a boyfriend, girlfriend or themfriend. October is about feeling better about our bodies by remembering not to compare our insides with outsides. November is about how to think differently about success and failure. December is about how we can feel better about ourselves, from my resource about self-esteem.

Lots of you are not young people so you might have a printer, or you might have access to a printer. If you have a teenager in your life you could print one out for them maybe? Maybe you’re a teacher, a youth worker, or you work in a clinic, print as many out as you like!

Let me know if you find it useful! If you like this kind of thing perhaps you could think about chipping in to help support BISH. As you can see we are free, ad free, and AI free, so please support BISH to help us keep going.

And if you like this ‘print off some resources’ for people thing, I have an Activity Book at my Patreon shop for £5.

This is one of the leading sex and relationships education websites and I need your support to keep it free and ad free. Find out how you can support what I’m doing here.

What do you think about BISH?

I’ve now closed the survey I’ve been running for the PhD I am working on for Nottingham Trent University. If you would like to leave me some feedback please do so in the comments below (which I may use in my reporting for my funders and in any future research I do on BISH).

Here’s How To Stay Updated With BISH

Most of my readers like to stay updated via email. So sign up here and get an automatic email every time I post a new resource on here.

I’m not using social media much now to be honest. I put all my time into this website and also I think people trust sites like this more than social media. I still post on Instagram and also BlueSky when I’ve done a new thing, so you can follow me there. My YouTube has some of my old videos. You could also follow me on Reddit if you like (just starting out, so tell me which sub-reddits you’d like to see me post in).

Funding and Support

This website is only funded by people like you who find it useful. As you can see, there are no ads, it’s all free. There is no premium service, just expert advice for free if you need it. If you’re an adult and want to be a part of this project please support BISH.
